No. Oppects is a career consultancy. We guide and support you through the application and visa process—but we do not recruit or guarantee jobs. Final hiring decisions are made by AlySeafood World.
There are two payments:
$2,000 joining fee payable directly to AlySeafood World (includes visa, ticket, and processing).
$600 consultancy fee payable to Oppects in 3 installments for advisory and support services.
Yes. AlySeafood World issues an official employment contract, clearly stating your salary, job role, benefits, and conditions. You receive this before applying for a visa.
Yes. We will guide you through the labor permit process and coordinate your government-approved medical checkup in Nepal.
Legal Note: Oppects acts as an independent consultant – hiring decisions rest solely with Alya Seafood World (Pre-Employment Agreement §3)
